2. What data we collect

• Data you give us: when you fill in the contact form (full name, phone number, email and message), or when you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us.
• Technical data: like any website, the server automatically logs data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit, for security and to keep the site working.

Please do not send detailed medical information through the form – we discuss this during the consultation. If you do send it, we treat it with full confidentiality.

3. How we use it

• to reply to you and give you the information you asked for;
• to arrange and manage your consultation or appointment;
• for the security and technical operation of the website.

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent when you contact us, to take the steps you request before treatment, on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, and to meet our legal obligations (for example regarding patients’ medical records).

5. Who we share it with

Only with the providers that help us run the website and our communication: our website host (Hostinger), our email service (Google) and WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there. They process the data only for this purpose and under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. If the law requires it, we may disclose data to the competent authorities.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to reply to you and handle your request, and no longer than 24 months. If you become a patient of the clinic, your data is kept in your medical record for the periods required by law.

7. Cookies and external services

The website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work, for example to remember the language you chose. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps and the fonts from Google Fonts; these services may receive your IP address and, in the case of the map, set cookies under Google’s policy. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at happydentcenter1@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Albanian Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (idp.al). If you visit us from the European Union, you have the same rights under the GDPR.

9. Security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data: a secure connection (HTTPS), access limited to authorised staff, and medical confidentiality.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16. For children’s treatment, parents or guardians contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
