About the treatment

Aligners are clear, almost invisible trays that gradually move your teeth into the right position. You take them out when eating and brushing your teeth, which makes them a comfortable choice for teenagers and adults.

After impressions and treatment planning, you receive a series of aligners that you change according to the plan. Regular check-ups at the clinic help us follow your progress until the final result.

How the treatment works

1. A consultation, X-rays and impressions or a scan of your teeth.
2. Step-by-step planning of the tooth movement.
3. Delivery of the aligners and instructions on how to use them.
4. Periodic check-ups and, at the end, a retainer to maintain the result.

How long it takes

Treatment usually takes 6–18 months, depending on the case. Aligners are worn for 20–22 hours a day and changed according to the dentist’s plan.

Who it is for

Teenagers and adults with crooked teeth, gaps or mild to moderate bite problems. For more complex cases, fixed braces may be recommended.
